So who are we and who am I?
My name is Jonathan Wilson and I proudly own and operate Capacity Fire Protection. My time in fire protection started in 2018 when I had the opportunity to lead the fire alarm team at my previous company.
Today I hold various certifications and licenses, to include a NICET II Fire Alarm Systems certification, a Michigan Fire Alarm Specialty Technician license, and a Michigan Fire Alarm Contractor license, along with a City of Detroit Certificate of Fitness. My breadth of experience covers every manufacturer of fire alarm. If it is out there, I’ve seen it. Even proprietary systems can be serviced by other people; don’t let anyone tell you differently.
Rest assured, I am dedicated to your fire alarm system and its proper operation. Prior to entering the fire protection industry, I proudly served as a commissioned US Naval Officer, providing my expertise in the Civil Engineer Corps, a specialized community of engineers and architects. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University. Over these last 2.5 years I have been pursuing my MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint while not working and spending time with my family.
If I do not have an answer to a problem, I will find an answer, along with determining a plan to rectify the fire alarm issue. You have my personal promise and guarantee I am committed to giving you accurate and honest information, every time.
